- DOES CBD GET YOU HIGH?
No! CBD is 100% non-psychoactive, meaning it doesn’t negatively impact your mind or mental process. In other words, CBD does not get you 'high' or stoned. There is no mental slowness or haziness caused by CBD.
You might be wondering how this is possible. It’s because your association of cannabis is to the marijuana plants bread for high THC content – the specific cannabinoid that gets you high. However, cannabis contains many other cannabinoids – most of which do not get you high, like CBD. Some cannabis plants are bred for high CBD content exclusively – these plants are known as hemp and only contain trace amounts of THC (below 0.3% to be exact). The combination of high-CBD with extremely low amounts of THC is what makes the products derived from hemp plants non-psychoactive.
- DOES DELTA 8 THC GET YOU HIGH?
Yes! Delta 8 THC is a psychoactive cannabinoid that will produce euphoric effects. These effects are more mild, and generally seen as more pleasant than traditional delta 9 thc flowers and products. Many people prefer to have the Delta 8 over the Delta 9 simply because they aren't experiencing anxiety or discomfort.
- HOW MUCH DELTA 8 SHOULD I TAKE? I AM ____ LBS AND ____ TALL.
Delta 8 THC does not have a suggested dose based on weight, height, or even desired result. The best way to take Delta 8 THC, if you have never taken any THC before, is to start slow and work your way up.
If you are a seasoned medical marijuana consumer, you will be well suited to go in and explore. You won't get the same level of euphoria, but you will get a nice range of cannabinoids!
- WILL I FAIL A DRUG TEST WITH DELTA 8 THC?
All sources point to yes. You will fail your drug test for THC. The reason is because Delta 8 THC will breakdown in your system the same way Delta 9, Delta 10, or any other Delta of THC will. It will leave a residual signature of THC metabolites in your body that the drug test looks for. Drug tests don't look for the specific cannabinoid, they look for the residuals thereof. And since you can't tell which delta it was prior to metabolizing, it all looks the same to the drug test.
Stay safe. If you need to pass a drug test, don't use Delta 8 or Full-Spectrum CBD products for the best chances at a clean test.
- WHAT DOES CBD FEEL LIKE?
CBD affects multiple sets of receptors all throughout the body. Rather than binding to your cannabinoid receptors directly (like THC), CBD exhibits an indirect influence on these receptors, increasing the levels of endocannabinoids produced naturally by your body.
The result is described by many as a wave of relief or relaxation that can be felt throughout the whole body when ingested orally or vaporized. Topical application result in a near instantaneous reduction in swelling, pain, and discomfort.
- WHAT DOES DELTA 8 THC FEEL LIKE?
Delta 8 THC will feel differently for each person, however, the most common reports include a focused, calm, happy, almost bouncy sort of feeling. More uplifting and energetic than it's delta 9 relative. Many have expressed that it feels like the flower that was going around in the US during the 60s.
- DOES CBD REALLY HELP WITH PAIN?
The human body contains a specialized system called the endocannabinoid system (ECS), which is involved in regulating a variety of functions including sleep, appetite, pain and immune system response. The body produces endocannabinoids, which are neurotransmitters that bind to cannabinoid receptors in your nervous system. Studies have shown that CBD may help reduce chronic pain by impacting endocannabinoid receptor activity, reducing inflammation and interacting with neurotransmitters.
- DOES DELTA 8 THC HELP WITH PAIN?
People have reported pain relieving affects from the delta 8 THC cannabinoid. It is important to remember that the method of delivery will affect how well the product will work. Everyone is chemically different, so one method might work really well for one, where as it may not work as well for you.
- DOES CBD HELP MY ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION?
Based on medical studies, it has been found that for anxiety disorders, CBD interacts with your neurotransmitters to relieve anxiety. This includes increasing your reward neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine. CBD lowers neurons in the hippocampus region of the brain. When your brain doesn’t produce enough neurons, the hippocampus fires more neurons. This causes anxiety. CBD prevents the hippocampus from producing neurons and allows fewer but stronger neurons to stay active in the brain. This relieves anxiety and regulates brain function.
- DOES DELTA 8 THC HELP MY ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION?
There are very few studies conducted regarding Delta 8 THC and depression/anxiety.
It is safe to say that Delta 8 and Delta 9 cannabinoids are very similar in nature, and so far both have proven to be quite effective in each area that they have been tested in. A study showed that cancer patients between the ages of 3 to 13 who were treated with Delta 8 THC were able to subside vomiting with negligible side effects.
- IS IT TRUE THAT CBD CAN ALLEVIATE CANCER RELATED SYMPTOMS?
Some studies have investigated the role of CBD in preventing cancer cell growth, but research is still in its early stages. CBD may help reduce symptoms related to cancer and side effects related to cancer treatment, like nausea, vomiting and pain. CBD may also help reduce chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, which are among the most common chemotherapy-related side effects for those with cancer.
- DOES CBD HELP ACNE?
It is thought to be caused by a number of factors, including genetics, bacteria, underlying inflammation and the overproduction of sebum, an oily secretion made by sebaceous glands in the skin. Based on recent scientific studies, CBD oil may help treat acne due to its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to reduce sebum production.
- COULD CBD BENEFIT HEART HEALTH?
Recent research has linked CBD with several benefits for the heart and circulatory system, including the ability to lower high blood pressure. High blood pressure is linked to higher risks of a number of health conditions, including stroke, heart attack and metabolic syndrome. Studies indicate that CBD may be a natural and effective treatment for high blood pressure. One recent study treated 10 healthy men with one dose of 600 mg of CBD oil and found it reduced resting blood pressure, compared to a placebo.
- IS CBD ILLEGAL?
CBD products come either from medical cannabis or industrial hemp plants. While still illegal under federal law, cannabis is legal in several states. And because it has a low THC content (>.3%), industrial hemp does not fall under these same regulations. This means that consumers are free to choose CBD as a natural supplement without worrying about any legal repercussions. There are a few states that still do not allow the presence of any cannabinoid derived products, such as Idaho and Nebraska.

- HOW SHOULD I TAKE CBD?
Liquid - Simply place the correct quantity of drops under your tongue using the dropper and hold the CBD oil in place for a minimum of 60 seconds. The 60 second hold allows for absorption via the blood vessels underneath your tongue – efficiently bypassing first-pass metabolism. Once 60 seconds has passed, swallow the CBD oil.
E-Liquid/Vape Cartridges -Vaping is excellent for people looking for an immediate response, as inhalation is the fastest way to deliver CBDs to your brain and body. To use vape simply exhale gently the air from your lungs then inhale through the mouthpiece slowly for 3 seconds. Then fill your lungs the rest of the way with additional breath and hold for a few seconds, exhaling when ready
CBD Edibles -With edibles, the only required steps are open, eat, and enjoy! This method of consumption will result in more drawn-out effects that also take longer to kick in than some of the other options. Edibles are great for those seeking sustained effects, or for those who want to be subtle about their usage of CBDs.
- FULL SPECTRUM VS ISOLATE CBD?
Full spectrum CBD is a concentration of all compound from the hemp plant. Full spectrum includes traces of all cannabinoids including CBD, CBA, CBDA, terpenes, fatty acids, and essential vitamins and minerals.
